Coldest Night of the Year #CNOY Walk – February 22

By Hajira Hussain in Community Events on February 3, 2020

It’s cold out there! And on Saturday, February 22 2020, the Richmond Food Bank Society is going to help do something good about it.

The annual Coldest Night of the Year family-friendly walk raises money for local charitable organizations serving people in our communities who are homeless, hungry, and hurting.

RFBS staff, volunteers, and supporters are walking this year to raise funds for Chimo Community Services in Richmond, BC. As of February 3, our walking team is 20% of the way to our fundraising goal, and we’re looking for friends of the Richmond Food Bank to join our walking team! (Brrring your warm mittens and best winter jacket!)

…Or, if you can’t make it to the walk, you can sponsor a walker or make a donation on our team fundraising page.

Thank you so much to our donors so far, and to everyone who is participating in, promoting, and/or organizing this 2020 #CNOY walk!

For any concerns about joining this walking team or making a donation on our team page, you can email the team captain: stephanie@richmondfoodbank.org.
