We are very grateful to Peterson for their generous donation of $10 000!
This is the fourth year in a row that Peterson has held a matching donation drive campaign (up to $10,000). The first year’s drive raised more than $6,500 (plus Peterson’s matching donation). More than $11,000 was donated through the campaign last year.
This year, the campaign raised a total of $11,174.80 from 28 generous donors. With the $10,000 matching funds from Peterson, this donation drive gave a significant boost to our overall donations. We are so grateful to Peterson as well as to all of our individual donors for their generosity.
Thank you, Peterson Group, for your leadership in rallying the community to help our neighbours in need. As a registered charity, we rely on the support of local businesses, faith communities, schools, organizations, and individual donors. We serve about 2,200 people each week through our various programs, and the donations we receive will help us purchase much-needed items including high-protein foods, fresh milk, and breakfast and lunch items for our school meals program.
